Who You Are:

A kid at heart, skilled in nurturing and motivating
Stellar communicator with impeccable organizational skills
Experienced aquatics professional with deep experience in swim lessons.
Experience with pool maintenance and pool chemistry preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide outstanding leadership to the team, ensuring the highest quality of swim instruction and customer service.
Engage regularly with parents, keeping them informed on their child’s progress and milestones.
Conduct comprehensive weekly audits and keep all training and operational standards in check.
Be the go-to leader and coach for your team, ready to jump in and teach or supervise as needed.
Maintain and foster a safe, engaging, and energetic pool environment for both staff and students.

You Need:

Experience with children and a passion for education and sports.
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
Certifications: Lifeguard, CPR/AED, First Aid, and ideally, Ellis lifeguarding.
2+ years as a swim instructor, or similar experience in youth sports coaching or camp counseling.

Compensation: $40,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
