- Previous front desk experience (1 year required)
- Previous POS and scheduling experience (1 year required)
- Previous administrative or receptionist experience (1 year preferred)
- Must possess strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work with children
- Front Desk employees MUST be a minimum of 18 years old by date of hire
- Ability to effectively handle tasks simultaneously and excellent multi-tasking skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and organizational skills
- Knowledge of basic computer skills
- Comfortable conducting marketing calls
- Lifeguard/ CPR certification - we do all certification in house and it is not required to have before employment
- Answers telephones, responds to inquiries, takes messages and screens and directs phone calls in a professional manner.
- Resolves customer concerns/complaints using a professional approach.
- Assists members with scheduling lessons and class changes.
- Greets and welcomes members as they come in the facility.
- Assists members with purchases of merchandise and vending.
- Maintains cleanliness of the front desk area, Snack Shack area, changing areas, restrooms and observation area.
- Well versed in all year-round products, services offered, seasonal offers and special events.
- Checks voicemail and email correspondence and responds in a timely manner.
- Makes collection calls to resolve open account problems.
- Enforces safety rules and regulations to prevent accidents. Administers first aid when necessary.
- Fulfills other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Employer.
