Hourly Rate: $20 - $21
Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Directs and controls the daily operations, ensuring the school is running according to GSS standards.
- Oversees Aquatics scores and initiatives within the EOS system.
- Leads the staff of GSS to ensure high productivity, excellent performance and positive employee satisfaction.
- Initiates and oversees workplace culture and employee interaction.
- Oversees the opening and closing process.Maintains the Pump Room.
- Oversees safety and aquatics inventory.
- Oversees and/or assists with all In-Services and Workshops.
- Oversees and maintains a high level of lesson quality, meeting CTC standards, and leading the industry.
- Oversees and coordinates all aquatics systems, accountability, and roles.
- Oversees all Aquatics training & development.
- Oversees our non-competitive swim team, Swim Force.
- Provides quarterly feedback to the Deck Supervisor and Golden Teacher teams. (GSR)
- Participates in teaching lessons and/or Deck Supervising at least once a week to maintain 100% Lesson Quality.
- Directs and oversees the implementation of the Emergency Action Plan and all safety procedures that pertain to the GSS facility and trains all current staff on the GSS EAP.
- Maintains current certifications and stays up-to-date professionally on the aquatics and management field.
Requirements:
- Exceptional organization skills
- The ability to communicate and connect with employees and customers to build trust and genuine relationships.
- Ownership and initiative to solve problems and make recommendations
- Shows the ability to make sound objective decisions based on facts, logic, and good judgement in a timely manner.
- Results driven, with an infinite mindset
- Has intrinsic motivation to succeed and to lead the team in succeeding.
- Sharp attention to detail and ability to incoporate multitasking in oversight.
- Positive, up beat attitude that focuses on producing results through coaching, not driving.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 2 year experience in coordinating, training, and supervising.
- Customer service, relationship building, and sales experience experience preferred
- 1 year aquatics experience - Lifeguarding, coaching, teaching, and/or supervising
- Strong organization, computer, and training skills
- The ability to multi-task and effectively manage multiple situations at once
- Experience in pump room preferred
- Able to sustain a high level of energy in the most positive manner

Compensation: $20.00 - $21.00 per hour
