About the Role:
Join Goldfish Swim School MFO as a General Manager and lead our passionate team in providing exceptional swim education to children in West Bloomfield, MI. This exciting opportunity allows you to make a splash in a fun and rewarding environment while fostering a love for swimming!
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations and ensure a safe, engaging environment for students and staff.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of swim instructors and support staff.
- Manage scheduling, staffing, and training to optimize swim program efficiency.
- Implement marketing strategies to attract new students and retain current families.
- Monitor financial performance and manage budgets to achieve profitability.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Foster a positive culture that prioritizes customer service and community engagement.
- Collaborate with corporate leadership to align with company goals and initiatives.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in management, preferably in the swim school or recreational industry.
- Strong leadership skills with a passion for developing team members.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with families and staff.
- Ability to manage budgets and understand financial reports.
- Knowledge of swim instruction and safety protocols is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Positive attitude and a commitment to providing an exceptional customer experience.
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.

Compensación: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
