We seek a Marketing & Fundraising Specialist who will play a crucial role in driving our fund's growth through strategic marketing initiatives and effective fundraising. This role will also support our executive team, ensuring they can focus on high-level strategies and decision-making. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment and is comfortable engaging with senior company leaders and investors.
Marketing and Fundraising Focus:
- Lead the development and execution of marketing strategies to attract and retain investors, with a focus on the technology sector.
- Leverage experience in raising capital for hedge funds, private equity, and direct investments in technology.
- Build and maintain relationships with senior leaders, investors, and Wall Street research and trading organizations.
- Organize and manage investor events, presentations, and meetings to promote fund initiatives and investment opportunities.
- Create engaging marketing materials and manage digital marketing efforts to enhance online presence and investor engagement.

Executive Support Component:
- Offer organizational and administrative support to the firm's partners, enhancing their efficiency and effectiveness.
- Manage complex schedules, coordinate meetings, and handle travel arrangements as needed.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and financial analyses.
- Ensure confidentiality and professional handling of sensitive information.
- Proven experience in marketing, fundraising, and investor relations within the hedge fund, private equity, or technology investment sectors.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to interact confidently with senior executives and investors.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, capable of managing executive support tasks while driving marketing and fundraising initiatives.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach and the ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM software, and digital marketing platforms.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
