Primary Responsibilities:
- Teach swimmers water safety and swimming technique using our proven curriculum
- Provide positive reinforcement and encouragement
- Communicate progress to parents
Qualifications:
- Enjoy working with children

- Pass a background check before training
- At least one consistently available day/week

- Pools disinfected with chlorine to maintain a safe environment
- Advanced ventilation systems bring in fresh air continuously
- Indoor pools are considered safer for virus control compared to many other indoor spaces
