Status: Non-Exempt | Part-Time / Full-Time (as applicable)
- Greet and assist parents and students with a warm, professional attitude
- Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and direct calls appropriately
- Process student registrations, payments, and merchandise sales
- Conduct sales calls and follow-ups with prospective members
- Schedule and manage birthday/pool parties and related communications
- Prepare daily lesson schedules for instructors and management
- Resolve customer questions or concerns with professionalism and care
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of front desk, observation, and common areas
- Update promotional displays and informational materials
- Enforce safety rules and assist with first aid when necessary
- Communicate effectively with English- and Spanish-speaking families, both verbally and in writing (phone, email, and in person)
- Cross-train to gain a working knowledge of swim instruction programs and curriculum
- High school diploma or GED required; some college preferred
- Minimum 2 years of customer service and/or administrative experience
- Intermediate computer skills (Word, Excel, scheduling or POS systems)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (spoken and written) strongly preferred
- CPR, First Aid, and AED certification required (or ability to obtain upon hire)
