Job Title: Lifeguard
Pay: $15 Per Hour
Certification Requirement : We accept American Red Cross, Jeff Ellis & Associates, and YMCA. If you are not currently certified, we will certify you during our next lifeguard class in May 2026.

Primary Responsibilities
- Maintain Safety: Provide active lifeguard supervision to keep all swimmers safe.
- Emergency Response: Provide first aid and CPR as necessary (training provided).
- Student Interaction: Maintain a high-energy, positive atmosphere for children and parents.
- Facility Standards: Ensure the pool area remains clean and organized during shifts.
Job Qualifications and Skills
- Child-Focused: Must enjoy working with children (ages 4 months to 12 years).
- Communication: Excellent verbal skills to interact with parents and team members.
- Reliability: A strong work ethic and a "can-do" attitude.
- Compliance: Must pass background examinations prior to starting.
- Energy: High-energy personality that fits our "one-of-a-kind" culture.

Safety Standards
The safety of our swimmers and team is our #1 priority. We follow all CDC and local health guidelines, including:
- Continuous Airflow: State-of-the-art ventilation systems for fresh air circulation.
- Water Quality: Rigorous chlorine disinfection to ensure a safe environment.
- Sanitization: Dedicated on-staff cleaners for high-touch lobby and pool areas.
Compensation: $15.00 per hour
