We are looking for all new-hires to begin training on June 1st. This is a year-round position. We are not hiring for the summer.
- Welcome families and provide exceptional customer service
- Answer incoming phone calls and respond to inquiries
- Make outbound sales and follow-up calls to prospective members
- Assist families with class enrollment and scheduling
- Use computer booking and scheduling systems to manage accounts
- Process payments, account updates, and program changes
- Communicate promotions, events, and membership information
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk area
- Support daily operations and team needs as necessary
- Previous customer service or sales experience preferred
- Comfortable making sales calls and speaking with customers on the phone
- Experience with computer booking, scheduling, or CRM systems preferred
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Positive attitude and team-player mentality
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Evening and weekend availability preferred
