Position Summary

The Manager on Duty (MOD) is a trusted leader who helps ensure the safe, efficient, and successful operation of the school during their assigned shift. When the General Manager (GM) or Assistant General Manager (AGM) is unavailable, the MOD serves as the primary on-site leader, supporting staff, maintaining operational continuity, and ensuring an exceptional experience for every member and family.
