Goldfish Swim School is the premier learn-to-swim facility for kids ages 4 months to 12 years. We use our proven confidence-building curriculum to promote a love of swimming and teach children to be safer in and around the water. We are looking to grow our Call Center Sales Team!
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls
- Support initiatives by performing outbound customer calls through Salesforce
- Understand customer needs and requirements
- Close leads and achieve daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly goals
- Exceed customer expectations by providing outstanding customer service
- Customer-focused and motivated individual, considered a self-starter with thorough communication and relationship-building skills
- Excellent verbal and communication skills
- Capacity to handle a high volume of calls daily
- Experience with Salesforce preferred
- Experience working in a Call Center is preferred but not required
